This Bloom Board Submission & Consent Policy explains how The Mind Orchard collects, uses, and displays submissions made to the Bloom Board.
By submitting content to the Bloom Board, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. What is the Bloom Board?
The Bloom Board is a community space where children’s creative work can be shared and celebrated. This may include:
- Drawings and artwork
- Written stories or ideas
- Photographs of creative projects
- School or home learning activities
- Other child-created educational content
2. Eligibility
Submissions must be made by a parent, legal guardian, or educator with appropriate permission.
Children may not submit content directly without adult consent.
3. Parental Consent
By submitting content to the Bloom Board, you confirm that:
- You are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative of the child
- You have full permission to share the submitted content
- You consent to The Mind Orchard displaying the submission as described in this policy
4. How We Use Submissions
By submitting content, you grant The Mind Orchard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display the submission on the Bloom Board section of the website
- Share the submission on The Mind Orchard’s social media channels
- Include the submission in newsletters or promotional materials
- Use the submission to showcase learning outcomes and community inspiration
We will never claim ownership of your child’s work. Ownership remains with the original creator.
5. Personal Information
Submissions may include optional information such as:
- First name (child or parent)
- Age
- Short description of the activity or inspiration
We strongly recommend not including sensitive personal information, such as:
- Full names
- School names
- Addresses or locations
- Any other identifying details
The Mind Orchard reserves the right to anonymize or remove identifying information where appropriate.
6. Public Display
Submissions shared on the Bloom Board may be publicly visible on:
- The Mind Orchard website
- Social media platforms operated by The Mind Orchard
- Newsletter communications
Once published, content may be shared or reposted by others outside our control.
7. Moderation and Removal
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any submission at our discretion
- Remove content that is inappropriate, harmful, or violates these terms
- Edit submissions for clarity, formatting, or anonymization purposes

We will make reasonable efforts to remove content where legally required.

9. No Guarantee of Publication
Submission of content does not guarantee that it will be published or featured on the Bloom Board.
